Balado Tuna Recipe

ingredients:

     ½ kg tuna, cleaned, cut into pieces
     2 lemon
     fine salt to taste

Subtle seasoning:

     2 ounces of curly red chili
     6 red onions
     2 tomatoes
     salt and flavorings to taste
     cooking oil to taste

How to make Balado tuna:

     Marinate swordfish with lemon juice and a little salt and let stand until absorbed refined, fried ripe hungga. Remove and drain.
     Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter fried tuna, stir briefly and lift and serve.
