ngredients:

1 ekot chicken, chopped 8

1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

6 spring onions

4 cloves of garlic

5 pieces of hazelnut

2 cm turmeric

1 cm galangal

1 teaspoon salt

How to cook:

Puree onion, garlic, nutmeg, turmeric, galangal and salt

Smear on the chicken and cook until chicken changes color

Enter the water

Remove and drain
