Soto Pamekasan
ingredients:
Half chickens
2500 ml of water
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
4 cm galangal, crushed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
oil for sauteing
Spices:
50 g peeled shrimp
8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
5 grains hazelnut
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
Supplementary materials:
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut into pieces
2 boiled potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces
100 g bean sprouts, pour hot water, drained
1 tomato, cut into pieces
50 g glass noodles, soaked hot water until soft, drain
potato cakes
rice cake, peeled, cut into pieces
lime juice
chopped celery
sliced green onion
fried shallots
How to make:
1. Boil chicken until done and water. Remove the chicken, shredded-shredded, set aside.
2. Heat the oil. Enter spices, lemongrass, and galangal. Stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Enter seasoning stir into stew chicken broth, bring to a boil again.
4. Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
5. Presentation: Take a serving bowl, put rice cake, noodle, potatoes, sprouts, tomatoes, eggs, potato cakes, and shredded chicken. Sprinkle with hot sauce, serve with a sprinkling of green onion, celery, fried shallots, and lime juice in it.
