Ingredients :
10 pieces of chicken thigh down
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons margarine
Marinade :
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
2 tsp garlic powder
2 cm ginger , grated
2 tbsp oyster sauce
50 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
How to make :
1 . Marinade : Combine the lemon juice , honey , garlic powder , ginger , oyster sauce , tomato sauce , chili powder , salt , pepper , and sugar . Stir until well blended .
2 . Chicken skewer with a fork . Add chicken to marinade , baluri until blended . Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator .
3 . Cook chicken and all seasonings rendamannyes and add water . Add margarine and stir well. Cook over low heat until the spices to infuse and coagulate .
4 . Grilled chicken over hot coals , or use the oven for 25 minutes by a fire under a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius while smeared with remaining seasoning until browned and cooked through.
5 . Serve warm with your favorite sauce .
