Bumbu Bali milkfish recipes

Milkfish cooked with herbs bali is my favorite dish because it is strong , following one of my favorite recipes .
Bumbu Bali milkfish materials :
500 grams of milk
1 tablespoon coriander
3 cm turmeric old
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
250 ml oil for frying
50 ml cooking oil
2 tomatoes split 8 parts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
100 ml of water
Bumbu Bumbu Bali Smooth Bandeng
10 pieces of red chilli
5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm ginger
4 items hazelnut
How to Make Bumbu Bali milkfish
Clean the fish , remove the gills and feces . Cut fish into 3 pieces , set aside.
Marinate the fish with coriander , turmeric , garlic , and salt has been refined. Let stand about 15 minutes , then fry until browned .
Heat minayak , sauteed spices , puree until fragrant . ADD tomatoes , soy sauce , and water . Cook until tomatoes wilt and shrink water .
Enter milkfish , and cook until spices absorb and lift .
