Betutu Chicken Ingredients :
100 g of young cassava leaves
100 ml vegetable oil
1 chicken country , remove the head and claws

6 cayenne pepper

How to Make Chicken Betutu :
1 . Boil until tender cassava leaves . Then drain , squeeze , and thinly sliced .
2 . Heat oil , saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked . Lift .
3 . Take half the spice section . Smear to the chicken body , under the skin and belly cavity until blended .
4 . Stir in remaining seasoning with sliced cassava leaves until blended .

7 . Steam for 30 minutes . Lift .
